From prototype to extraordinary builds
After the launch of the prototype, one of our loyal clients approached us with an exciting challenge: to build not one, but two different Madsters! The result was a Madster Coupé and, for the very first time, a Madster Targa.
Once the Madster Coupé was completed and its owner had enjoyed it for some time, it found a new home in the United States.
The Madster Targa was completed in 2021 and is now available for sale. So if you’d rather not wait for your own custom-built Madster, this is your chance to drive a truly one-of-a-kind Backdate today! And of course, we’re happy to further personalise this beauty to the wishes of its new owner.

Madster Targa 2.0 Right Hand Drive
Following the release of the first Madster Targa, a client from England approached us with a special request: to build a Madster Targa for him as well. His wish was a right-hand drive, manual Carrera 2 Madster Targa.
Unfortunately, a suitable donor car proved impossible to find. So we took matters into our own hands: we purchased a Porsche 964 Cabriolet from Scotland and converted it into a Targa. This is possible because both models share the same body shell.
First, the car was completely dismantled and water-blasted back to bare metal, after which the Targa conversion was carried out. The car was then fully rebuilt according to our own Madster design. Beyond that, we personalised every detail as far as possible to the client’s wishes, including extra rear seats so the children can come along for the ride. The car is now on the road in England with a very happy owner!
